FABULOUS AUSTRALIA AND TASMANIA

Australia was fabulous! Kevin had so much planned for me, including a flight to Yamba (a resort in north New South Wales) where I stayed with relatives, and a flight to Tasmania (Hobart area), again staying with kin. With a lot in-between, including the symphony at the Opera House, The Greats (a fantastic art exhibit from the Scottish galleries) at the New South Wales museum, the northern beaches, a soccer match, Bondi Beach Sculpture by the Sea walk, many great dining opportunities, a family BBQ and even Thanksgiving turkey dinner in Sydney! I needed more time.

Byron Bay Lighthouse [pictured above] is the easternmost place in Australia. And the penal colony [top right photo] is a World Heritage site in Tasmania. It housed convicts shipped from England and Ireland in the 1800s. It is a beautiful area, now. I loved Tasmania!!

I would not have enjoyed it all if I did not have you [Julie] to help plan the trip. As always, you are my go to person when traveling abroad. Thank you for all you do! –Judith, February 2016
