We’re all grateful to you for engineering a dandy vacation. Both resorts were delightful, though in different ways. Both islands offered unique opportunities. We went on helicopter rides on both islands, scuba dived on Hawaii (and a little on Kauai). We enjoyed Volcanoes National Park, a black sand beach, and a Kona coffee plantation. We went to the former YMCA camp for lunch, though it has a different chef now. We swam with manta rays on Hawaii – and enjoyed shaved ice in both places. We loved the cookies you had delivered to us – made us feel extra pampered. We had excellent meals at several restaurants on both islands and also enjoyed some hole-in- the- wall restaurants.
