Thanks again, Julie, for the work on our trip to Scotland. It was just what we were after and we even had good luck with the weather, only about three real rain days. I have to say I never got used to the left side of the road but managed to avoid any accidents/hedgehogs/sheep.
We were pleased with the hotels and I was amazed at the quality of the food at the museums, which is where we typically wound up having lunch. Good ingredients, thoughtful prep and very happy people- and not just in the cities.
Also, no roebucks died at my hand, we saw a few does but no animals we could shoot. But the hunt gave me the opportunity to get to know some of the people involved in the rural life over there.-The Prewitts, Scotland, May 2014
