Ireland: Rich in Historical Beauty
So many things stand out as highlights – we all enjoyed our one night in Dromoland Castle and everyone wants to go back when we can stay longer.
Everyone (especially me) enjoyed the falconry at Glenlo Abbey.
And I don’t think the trip would have been complete without the time in Northern Ireland. We took the Black Taxi Tour and we also decided to hire a tour to head north and see the coastline – the Giants Causeway and Antrim coast. Both tour guides were wonderful and I left feeling like I really had a better understanding of all of Irish history. Also, the coastal landscape was absolutely beautiful.
